Lessor's Title:
The lessor (or head leaseholder) is party to a head-lease with the freeholder and has granted under-leases of 999 years from 24 June 1981 to each of the nine flat leaseholders. The lessor company, Sandgate Flats (Swindon) Management Company Limited was dissolved several years ago and the benefit of the head-lease transferred to The Crown.
Freehold Title:
The freeholder granted a 999 year from 24 June 1980 lease to the lessor. The current freeholder is Bath Ground Rent Estate Ltd.
